We live in the UK and we purchased a home in Ibiza at the Es Pouet development in Talamanca, approximately 1 year ago. We wanted to make some changes to the property so were a little anxious that we didn’t speak Spanish and we didn’t have any relationships with local construction companies.
Instalaciones Julvi SL were recommended to us by a number of local residents and experts so we arranged a meeting with Pablo Rodriguez, Pablo was extremely friendly, professional and thankfully spoke good English. He totally understood our needs and concerns and also made some great recommendations.
We made the decision to work with Instalaciones Julvi SL and have been extremely happy with all of the work they have carried out on our property. Each of the jobs have been perfectly executed, on time and to the agreed budgets which were outlined at the beginning of the projects. The workmanship has been excellent and Pablo has always been available on the phone or to visit our property at any time which has been very reassuring, based upon us not living full time in Ibiza.
Therefore I would have no hesitation in recommending Instalaciones Julvi SL and Pablo Rodriguez.
